Our service maintains a backup of all of our client's web sites in case there is a hardware failure. We also encourage our clients to maintain a backup of their web site in case they take an action (or inaction) which requires a backup copy to be installed. While we hope you will not need this service, we can use our backup copies to assist our clients if they need something restored. This is, however, a manual labor intensive process to pull backup copies from the appropriate date. Therefore, we charge a nominal fee of $5.49 to compensate us for this extra work. Please complete the information below. Provide us with as much information as possible so we are able to restore the correct file(s) from the correct date.
