First, if you type your domain name into the browser and your site cannot be found, it's because it takes about 2 or 3 days for the purchase of a new domain name to spread across the World Wide Web.

The second probable reason is that your "Home Page" is not properly named. In this case you might see "FORBIDDEN" when you type your web address. Your web site is "live" but your "Home Page" is not saved as "index.html" (without the quotes). Our systems require that the initial page you want your visitor to see when they first come to your web site (i.e. your Home Page") is named "index.html" (without the quotes) in your main directory. Your visitor only needs to type www.YourDomain.com, not www.YourDomain.com/index.html.

So if it is more than 3 days and you have "index.html" in your directory, click here to notify our Customer Service department.
