We can usually answer your questions more rapidly if we have a few quiet minutes to look-up your account history and review your records and web site. Answering your question through e-mail usually provides our customers with the best result. However, should the question or problem be more complicated, we are happy to solve the problem through a telephone call to you.
Correspondence sent to us during these above hours will usually be handled within a few hours but always by noon the following day.
